What should I wear?
I get this question ALL. THE. TIME.

My advice:
-
Avoid dramatic prints. (These can draw attention away from faces and put the focus on your clothes. Great for a fashion show. Not great for family pictures.)
-
Go with muted versions of your favorite colors.
-
Stick to a color scheme of about 3 different colors.
-
Mix and match textures.
-
Everyone looks good in neutrals.

This is a great opportunity to have your hair and makeup professionally done. (Make sure it’s similar to your every day look, but polished and professional. Our session is about creating art for your home and is an investment. Having professional hair and make up can really take your photos to the next level.)

Men look best in tailored pants and collared or button-down shirts.

How many photos will I receive?
This will depend on several circumstances. You are guaranteed at least 15 edited photos (excluding mini sessions). I generally will include more if I can. It is best to make sure you arrive about ten minutes early. Be sure your children (and husband) have full bellies and are well rested. This ensures their best cooperation possible. :)
When and how will I receive my photos?
Most sessions take 2 to 4 weeks to be fully edited and ready. When your photos are complete, I will send you a gallery through Google Drive. You can set up a free account here.

Wedding photos are a whole different animal and can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks to be fully edited and ready. This will depend on the size and duration of your wedding, and whether or not it is peak wedding season (summer).
As a courtesy to you, a preview of your photos can be viewed on my Facebook page, usually within a week of our session.
